This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Sale and applies to all purchases made through our platform.
1. Shipping Options
We offer multiple delivery methods to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Shipping methods may vary depending on product type, delivery location, and availability.
- Standard Home Delivery
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (metro cities), 5–10 business days (other areas).
Charges: Free shipping on all orders unless specified at checkout. - In-Store Pickup / Curbside Pickup
Available for selected items and locations. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup hours and store location. - Third-Party Fulfilment
Some items may be shipped directly from our trusted third-party suppliers. Tracking details will still be provided.
2. Free Shipping Policy
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within India, delivered within 7 business days from dispatch.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link via email/SMS.
- Details of the courier partner and estimated delivery date.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Orders can only be delivered within India.
5. Delivery Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver within the promised timelines, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations
- Unforeseen operational issues
